1. Ordering & Payment

• Full payment is required to secure your order date.
• Orders are not confirmed until payment is received.

2. Late Payments

• Payments not received by the due date may result in:
  • Order delay
  • Order cancellation without refund of payment
• A late fee of $15 per day may apply after 1 day past due.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations must be made at least 1 week before the scheduled date.
• Payments are non-refundable once ingredients have been purchased or preparation has begun.
• No refunds for same-day cancellations or no-shows.

4. Changes to Orders

• Changes (design, flavor, size, etc.) must be requested 5 days in advance.
• Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

5. Pickup & Delivery

• Pickup times are scheduled and must be honored.
• Delivery is available within 15 miles for a fee of $10
• We are not responsible for damage once the order has been picked up or delivered.

6. Delivery Fees

• Delivery fees are non-refundable.
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic or weather.
• Someone must be available to receive the order at delivery.

7. Food Safety Disclaimer

• Please inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions prior to ordering.
• We are not responsible for allergic reactions once disclosure has been made.
• Items must be stored and handled properly after pickup/delivery.

8. Custom & Handmade Nature

• All items are handmade, and slight variations in color, size, or design may occur.
• Inspiration photos are used as a guide, not an exact guarantee.
